September has been a very busy month at school. Even though we have only been back at school for a few weeks, 3 year groups have already been out on trips and we have had a visit from a fire engine. Year 5 and 6 visited Sainsbury’s to support their ‘Food Around the World’ topic, and year 2 visited Streetwise.
The PTFA’s Freeze Pop Friday was very successful and raised over £50. I know that this is something that will want to repeat. Children throughout the school have started to use the new i-pads, which were bought with money from the PTFA, as well as a grant from the Ernest Cook Foundation.
