Yoga

A lucky handful of students have been partaking in Yoga with Debbie, a qualified Rainbows Kids Yoga teacher. Yoga has been known to increase flexibility, strength and co-ordination, as well as encouraging self-esteem and body awareness – super important for our children!

If you think your child would like to practise some Yoga, Ms Probert has a Yoga Lunch-Time Club on Thursdays!
